Competition – Arab IPv6 Council

Introduction

The first Arab-Africa IPv6 & Net5.5G Innovation Competition aims to promote the integrated development of IPv6 & Net5.5G and various industries, establish benchmark applications, stimulate industry innovation, promote talent cultivation, and prosper the industry ecosystem. Welcome the carriers, enterprises, universities, research institutes, and individuals to participate.

Competition Tracks

Carrier Track

Carrier IP networks include, but not limited to: mobile bearer, IP transport, private line, and private network.

Enterprise Track

Enterprise IP networks, include but not limited to government, finance, oil, electric power, mining, education, healthcare,
and transportation.

Project acceptance criteria

Candidates should be from Arab and African countries, including:
•    Operators:
•    Enterprises (large enterprises, SMEs, startups):
•    Research institutes and universities:
•    Individuals:
Projects could be in the conception, construction, or completed stages.:
For projects under conception, a completion plan should be provided.

Jury composition

All the projects will be evaluated and rated by the experts from the IP domain, including:
• Board members of the Arab IPv6 Council: AICTO, IPv6 Forum, AFRINIC, RIPE NCC, etc.:
• External experts of IPv6 organizations
